How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
Immediately after making a reservation you will receive a confirmation e-mail of the actual booking with a summary of your stay.
What happens if I have to cancel the booking?
Reservations made through the website www.hotelromajesolo.it may be cancelled or changed in accordance with our cancellation policy given in the reservation e-mail.
What happens in the event of non-arrival/no-show, early departure, cancellation or changes outside the time limits?
If you fail to arrive, leave early or change/cancel your booking, a penalty will be applied in accordance with our cancellation policy given in the reservation e-mail. This amount will be charged on the credit card given at the time of booking by way of guarantee. For other special offers, please also refer to the cancellation policy given in the promotional material.
At what time can I check-in? What time should I check-out by?
The room is available after 2 p.m. (14.00) on the day of arrival. You must check-out before 10 a.m. on the day of departure. For any special requirement, please contact our staff in advance and they will do everything possible to help you.
